About the event
Teams Fancy Dress Combined Training Event
SUNDAY 20th OCTOBER
Schedule:
11am START
Fancy Dress Show class
1 Entry per team - Horse can be ridden by 1 rider of the team only for this class, however all team members are expected to dress up and walk as part of their group presentation.
Performed as a parade, Judged on style and creativity.
Showjumping Classes
1. Mini(Crosspoles, for riders both on and off the lead rein) - Judged on Style and Accuracy
2. Midi (60cms) – Judged on Time & clear round (No Jump off)
3. Maxi (70/80cms) - All clear round Maxi riders will go into a super exciting jump off against the clock
Dressage
Nominate your own dressage test (PCNZ or ESNZ) to be performed as your entry. Dressage test to be chosen at time of entry.
Entry Fees:
$60 per rider for 1 class entry, additional class entries are $25 each. (E.g. If you wanted to do a round of showjumping AND a dressage test or ride in the fancy dress parade; It would cost $85)
Conditions:
· 3 Riders Per Team – 1 Horse Per Team
· Limit of 2 entries per rider for the day. (E.g. you can do 2 rounds of showjumping OR 2 rounds of dressage OR 1 round of showjumping and 1 round of Dressage)
· As this is a large event, horses will be allocated by coaches.
· Teams must have at least one entry per event; 1 entry in the parade (Team Group Entry), 1 entry in a round of showjumping and 1 entry in dressage; in order to qualify for the teams’ point score.
· All points scored go towards accumulated team score at end of day.
· Entry fees are non-refundable for any reason apart from cancellation of event due to serious weather conditions, in which case full fee will be refunded minus administration fee of $20.
· Draw released 2 weeks prior to event with time given for teams to contact each other, if they haven’t already and plan their dress up presentation and team name.
