Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Maris Equestrian for your lessons. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please carefully review our 48-hour bookings policy outlined below:

1. Booking Confirmation:
   - All bookings must be made through call, text or email.

   - You will receive a confirmation email of your appointment at time of booking, and a reminder email/text 48 hours prior to  your lesson.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   - Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or activity will incur 100% lesson fee charge.
   - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson or activity will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling:
   - Participants may request to reschedule a lesson or activity at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original booking.
   - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the original booking may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Weather-Related Changes:
   - In the event of inclement weather, Maris Equestrian reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons for the safety of participants and horses.
   - Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling without additional charges.

5.  No-Shows:
   - Participants who fail to show up for a scheduled lesson or activity without providing prior notice will incur a 100% lesson fee.

6. Late Arrivals:
   - Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons or activities.
   - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without any adjustment to the cost.

7. Emergency Situations:
   - In case of emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Participants must contact Maris Equestrian as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

8. Group Bookings:
   - For group bookings, the lead participant is responsible for communicating any changes or cancellations to Maris Equestrian.

9. Contact Information:
   - It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that Maris Equestrian has accurate contact information for communication purposes.

10. Policy Updates:
    - Maris Equestrian reserves the right to update or modify this 48-hour bookings policy. Participants will be notified of any changes.
